Mr. Ligouri began his career in the Local 3 Electrical Union. Upon completion of his apprentice program and obtaining his NYC Master Electrical License, he formed RX Electric in 2006. He has worked in all aspects of the electrical industry. He has vast knowledge of electrical estimating and project management. Currently, he spends most of his time on client relations and in developing new accounts.

Mr. Giannousis spent 12 years with Citigroup’s Investment Banking Division, and 14 years as Chief Operating Officer in the Capital Markets Division of Credit Suisse. He is responsible for the financial functioning of Rx Electric including accounting, treasury, audit and finance.

Mr. Feinberg has worked in the electrical industry for the past 20+ years. He has an electrical engineering background from NYIT which he applies on a daily basis for coordination, estimating and value engineering. He has worked both on the electrical and fire alarm side of projects and provides both office and field support for jobsite operations.

Mr. Toribio has worked with life safety systems since 2005. He has vast knowledge of the NFPA Code and Life Safety Codes throughout the NYC 5 Boroughs. He is responsible for overseeing and coordinating all projects related to life safety, reviewing plans for deficiencies, testing of systems, and attending all FDNY Inspections.

Ms. Sanchez attended SUNY Albany and Monroe College, majoring in Business Management and Hospitality. She joined the electrical industry in 2010, and is responsible for preparing new bids, managing change orders, preparing submittals, and coordinating inspections, including FDNY inspections.

Ms. Batista studied at John Jay College. She has been working in the construction accounting industry for over 16 years. She is responsible for the accounting of all AIA requisitions, accounts receivable, oversight of accounts payable and payroll. She is fluent in English and Spanish.
